Payment
Barb’s Cottage accepts Paypal, Visa, Master Card, Discover and AMEX (American Express). Please follow the prompts on the checkout page.
Packing & Shipping
All of our pieces are packed with care to ensure their safe arrival. We use a combination of new and recycled packing materials and, when peanuts are necessary, we use biodegradable ones. Orders are shipped promptly – usually one or two business days after payment has been approved. We use USPS Priority for lighter packages and UPS Ground for heavier items.

Refunds and Exchanges
If any item should break in transit, we will replace it or give you credit at Barb’s Cottage. Please email a photograph of the damage within three days of receiving the broken item using this email address: Barb@BarbsCottage.com (copy & paste – not a live link). Sorry, shipping fees cannot be refunded. If you wish to exchange an item for one listed on the website, mail it back to Barb’s Cottage at 903 W. San Antonio St., San Marcos, TX 78666. When it is received, we will promptly send the new item.
Please note that all of the pieces from Barb’s Cottage are created individually, and while we try our best to accurately represent them in our photos, your piece may differ slightly in color or shape.
Gift purchases
If your purchase is a gift, please let us know on the contact page and we will include a gift card with your name. Gift-wrapping is also available by request for a nominal charge.
Special orders
Everything listed at BarbsCottage.com is available for prompt mailing. If you don’t see what you want, please contact us at Barb’s Cottage and we will do our best to meet your need. You may use the contact page or call Barb at 512-396-1727 or 512-749-7420. Special orders can take up to three weeks to fill.
Wholesale orders
If you are a retailer and wish to purchase items from Barb’s Cottage for resale, we would be happy to sell to you at wholesale prices. Please contact us for more information.
